General Descriptions

Empty bottles are transferred by variable pitch screw and star-wheels to bottle supports of filling station. There are weighting sensors installed on the bottle supports which are well protected. After automatic peeling is empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle inspection, start to slow filling, then switch to normal filling. It will be switched slow filling when liquid level is approaching determined position, finally the sensor will send signal to stop filling when reach the determined weight. Reset the weighting sensor after bottles leave the bottle support for the following filling, filled bottle will be conveyed to capper by transition star-wheel. Capper is equipped with cap elevator and unscrambler, sorted caps will be conveyed by cap chute to cap feed-in plate where the caps will be captured by capper for capping. Capped bottle will be conveyed to conveying chain for following process.

Features:

Accurate speed regulation: advanced motor frequency regulation control technology is adopted to make the speed regulation of the machine in starting and production accurate and stable, and the digital display of filling speed. The whole machine is controlled by PC program with high degree of automation.
Structural hygiene: all parts in contact with beverages are made of high-quality stainless steel, all liquid and gas pipes are made of internal and external polishing pipes, and all sealing rings in contact with beverages are made of NBR or silicone rubber for food, meeting the hygiene requirements.
The structure of the capping machine is advanced: the capping head adopts magnetic screwing cap, which can adjust the required torque according to different bottle caps, and is suitable for various types of plastic caps; the selective cap adopts tooth shaped device, and the slide way of the lower cap is equipped with a cap detection device, so as to ensure that there is no reverse cap and no bottle does not send the cap.
Quick and convenient change of bottle type: all the changed parts are of quick opening structure, which is suitable for PET bottles of various specifications.
